We manufacture both Rapid pusher dogs with high strength castings along with wheels utilizing superior material, hardness, and ground surface finish. This dramatically improves the wheel and overall pusher dog life. Chinese companies use low carbon steel with a thin case hardness, which prematurely fail when compared to our components.
We would be happy to install these pusher dogs into the chain here at our plant in Wisconsin. Simply place the order along with a drawing or instruction as to the specified segment lengths required, these then will be pre-assembled into your conveyor chain, for quick and easy assembly into the conveyor on site.

We manufacture the highest quality and longest lasting enclosed track chain on the market. We use a superior chrome steel material that is through hardened and ground to a 16 Micro finish with both our guide and load wheels. This not only excels wheel life, but also minimizes track wear. Every chain segment is proof load tested at 3,000 Lbs. to ensure no abnormalities in any component that could result in an expensive shut down.
Off the shelf Chinese chain manufacturers use a low carbon steel with a thin case hardness that prematurely fails when compared to ours. If you are looking to minimize down time, extend PM replacement, and reduce system electrical usage, this is your chain.
